Did the punishment always fit the crime?
HISTORY: In history, the Year 6s have been counting their lucky stars that they did not live in Roman, Anglo-Saxon, Tudor or Victorian Britain on account of the harsh punishments meted out when criminals - or perceived criminals - were caught and tried by either emperor, judge and jury, crowd or their ability to...not drown! :/
