Important Updates

-Your child needs their own water bottle (water only) every day.

The children have been busy this week planting our baby sunflower plants! With lots of sunshine and water they will hopefully grown tall and strong. The children will be measuring them in the upcoming weeks to check on their progress and care for them.

The Queen's Platinum Jubilee!

The boys and girls have loved finding out about HRH The Queen this week, we discovered that the Queen's favourite dogs are called Corgis and that our flag is called The Union Flag!                                The children have been inspired to create some beautiful portraits of the Queen and some wonderful Union flags, bunting and a selection of Queen's Knickers just for good measure!

Lane End Challenges

Here at Lane End, as we ‘learn and believe, aspire and achieve’, we are faced with many new experiences and challenges.

Some challenges will help us to develop new skills that we will need in everyday life.

Some challenges will make us think about our futures, and help us to develop our own hopes, goals and aspirations.

Many challenges will make us use our voices – so that we can share our ideas, and communicate what we know and think.
