This Science week we made ROCKET MICE and explored forces acting on rockets- air resistance, air pressure, compression and gravity! Through experimenting with different shape plastic bottles and our rocket mice we found that air resistance always pushes in the opposite direction to the rocket’s movement, and its strength depends on the rocket’s shape and its speed!
