Week 9 Maths
This week we will be recapping what we have learnt about time. We will start by counting money, finding their value and solving money problems.

Let’s move on to counting coins and notes. When you have coins or notes of the same value, you can use your times tables to help you. If the notes and coins are mixed, it’s a good idea to start with the coin or note that has the largest value, then add the rest.

The next activities might feel a bit tricky, but try your best! Now we will be finding change. Remember, this means we will be subtracting, and we know that when we subtract, we always subtract from the largest number. So when we are using money, we always subtract from the coin/note with the largest value.
