Celebrating Diversity and Fairness Poetry
In Week 9, the family challenge was all about 'Celebrating Diversity and Fairness'. Some children in school have written some amazing poems about this subject, that we wanted to share with you here.
Well done, children.
As school will remain closed for the foreseeable future, the staff have been preparing learning packs for the children to complete at home.
Online learning tasks:
From Monday 20th April, a weekly family project and individual class learning tasks (set by class teachers) will be uploaded onto the Home Learning page of the school website. Each week a new family project and learning tasks will be uploaded and set for you to access.
Resource Packs to help you:
To support the children in completing some of these home learning tasks, a pack of resources has been pulled together that you can collect from school. The pack includes an exercise book for the children to record and write down some of their learning activities.
Also in the resource packs is extra advice and information about some of the tasks. Each family will be given stationary; pencils, a rubber and set of coloured pencils too.
Sharing your work:
A new class email has been set up for pupils to share their work/ home activities with their teachers, who are missing the children very much! You could send photographs of the work you have done to these year group email addresses. You don't have to do this, as the children will be able to bring back in work after schools re-open, but thought it would be lovely to be able to see what you are doing each week too.
New class email addresses are displayed on each class learning page. Please send any work or home activities you want to share to these email addresses only.
How do you collect the learning resource packs?
Learning resource packs are to be collected on Monday 20th April at the times below. Families with children in different year groups can collect there packs in one visit. Please could you come at the times below only as the packs for these children will be the ones ready to picked up.
