Since September, Acorns have shown an interest in gardening and looking after our garden patch. Back in Autumn, the children helped to de-weed the bedding, ready for the spring flowers to bloom once it was time. As the flowers began to sprout in spring, children helped us to maintain their health by watering and we successfully bloomed daffodils and hyacinths. We also planted carnations and pansies which are slowly flowering more. For summer, we have planted poppy seeds and we'll have to see how they do once the weather gets warmer!
